Rod and Steve have known one another about 10 years now. Steve was sending demos to deepchord in the late 90's & always thought the world of Rod & Mikes material. They developed a good friendship over the years and always kept in touch. They started working together a few years ago with a remix for Rod, which was a huge sucess. Then down the road, they discussed working together on a project, and once again, Rod couldn't think of anyone with a better understanding/ability when it comes to this sound, so he went with it and there you have, Echospace.
